High-priced fares makes it difficult to travel Andaman. Central Govt. servants can avail LTC for the trip (Traveling expense is the only bottleneck, because lodging and food is quite reasonable here as compared to other destinations).

At the same cost tourists can visit neighboring countries (Offerings are different though).

Many tour spots require permissions from authorities, which might cause delay and deviation in the trip plan. Foreign tourists need to pass through strict immigration rules in addition to the payment for entry in Andamans.

If you are planning to come in a large group (e.g. on college excursions etc.), the bookings/ travel tickets are really hard to arrange.  Andaman administration has no extra arrangement for big groups who wish to travel, especially during peak time from November till February

The food served in the ship is very basic with fixed menus which does not cater to everyones need. Since none is allowed to cook inside the vessel, tourists are left with no other option.

During rough sea conditions (While traveling by Ship) motion sickness might trouble the tourists. The very beginning of the journey will be a feeling of disaster if it happens with you (Don't get scared ! - instead avoid sea journey during April to July : prevention is the best remedy).
